About the Presenter:
Patrice Radogna is a Managing Director at CBIZ, where she co-leads the firm’s national ESOP practice and serves on its Fairness Opinion Committee. She advises shareholders of middle-market companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), ESOP transactions, fairness opinions, and other strategic consulting services. Previously, Patrice helped lead Marcum LLP’s national ESOP practice. She serves on the ESOP Association’s Valuation Advisory Committee, speaks regularly at national ESOP conferences, and contributes to both internal and external publications. Patrice began her career as a surety underwriter in New York City, working closely with construction companies.
